Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (Crucial)
Please inspect your order upon reception immediately.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our suppliers require strict proof of damage to process a claim.

- Photo of the item showing the defect clearly.
- Photo of the external packaging (the box it came in).
- Photo of the shipping label on the box (tracking number must be visible).
Without these 3 photos sent within 48 hours, we cannot process a free replacement or refund.
2. Eligibility for General Returns
To be eligible for a return (Change of Mind), your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Hygiene & Personal Care: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate apparel (underwear, lingerie, swimwear), earrings, cosmetics, or any items where the hygiene seal has been broken or packaging has been opened.
- Custom Products: Custom-made or personalized products.
- Perishable Goods: Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or magazines).
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.
3. Shipping & Return Costs

- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is defective).
- Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned items that are not defective (to cover handling and repacking).
- Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refused Shipments (Customs & Duties)
Important for International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you refuse to pay these duties or refuse to accept the package:
- The package may be destroyed by the carrier or returned to us.
- If returned, we will deduct the return shipping costs and any applicable fees from your refund.
- If destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.
5. European Union Warranty (2 Years)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for items that become defective within 2 years of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects, not accidental damage or wear and tear.
To claim warranty service, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
6. Special Clause for Israeli Customers
For customers residing in Israel: This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
- You may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Vulnerable Populations: Persons with disabilities, senior citizens (65+), and new immigrants have extended cancellation rights (up to 4 months).
- A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may apply if the cancellation is not due to a defect or breach of contract.
