Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nirogic.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception immediately.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To open a claim, please email info@nirogic.com with:

  1. A photo of the item clearly showing the defect.
  2. A photo of the external packaging (the box it came in).
  3. A photo of the shipping label on the box (tracking number must be visible).

Without the above evidence, we may not be able to process a replacement or refund.

For defective items, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is received and inspected, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement – at your choice.

2. Eligibility for General Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Opened items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.

3. Shipping & Return Costs

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Email us at info@nirogic.com to receive the correct return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost of the original shipping may be deducted from your refund.

4. Refused Shipments (Customs & Duties)

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you refuse to pay these duties or refuse to accept the package:

  • The package may be destroyed by the carrier or returned to us.
  • If returned, we will deduct the return shipping costs and any applicable fees from your refund.
  • If destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.

5. Warranty

All Nirogic products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To claim warranty service, please contact us at info@nirogic.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect.

6. Special Clause for Israeli Customers

For customers residing in Israel, this policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

  • You may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Persons with disabilities, senior citizens (65+), and new immigrants (olim) have extended cancellation rights of up to 4 months from the date of the transaction.
  • A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may apply if the cancellation is not due to a defect or breach of contract.
