3. Shipping, Customs & Import Taxes

We work with a network of international fulfillment partners to deliver products directly to your door at the best possible prices. Therefore:

Import Duties & Taxes: The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges. If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Split Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment locations and arrive at different times.

4. Returns and Refunds

Key points:

  • Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
  • Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping for defective items is the responsibility of the buyer. Once received, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement, at the buyer’s choice.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

In no case shall Nirogic, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haifa, Israel.
