1. Processing Time

Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment (picking, packing, and quality check). This is separate from the shipping time.

  • Standard Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.

Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered the shipping method choices and their prices. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your location. These are our estimates after the order has been dispatched:

4. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Note: Sometimes tracking information takes 2-5 days to update in the carrier’s system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This is because our products may be stored in different warehouse facilities across Europe and the USA.

7. Lost/Missing Packages
